Fitness Coaching
We have several programs available to suit your needs, whether you’re looking for hourly coaching or a program that sets you on a path to consistency. All packages include a Medical Questionnaire, Health Evaluation, Fitness Assessment, and Nutrition Review.
One Month: Let's Get You Started
This package is perfect for individuals new to working out, recovering from an injury, or returning from a break. We will introduce workout systems, cover proper form in-depth, present modalities, design programs, and provide hands-on personal training. We can schedule in-home or Zoom workouts for your convenience.
Three Months: Setting the Foundation
This package is designed to expand on workout systems, progress foundational movements, functional and circuit training, and further the mind/body connection. We will also advance balance training and techniques and introduce restorative workouts. For your convenience, we can schedule in-home or Zoom workouts.
Six Months: Staying the Course
This package is for those who want to make fitness a lifestyle. We combine advanced strength training and circuit training techniques with functional movement patterns that keep you on your toes, challenged, and motivated. We learn to balance rigor with restorative sessions, fine-tune modalities, balance planes of motion, and corrective exercise strategies. With continued consistency, you will become relaxed and confident with both in-home and gym options. This program sets you up for the long haul! And remember, we can always schedule in-home or Zoom workouts for your convenience.
