Security and safety, gait efficiency, fall prevention, neuroplasticity, and slowing the progression of sarcopenia are all areas of focus. We cannot stop nature’s path, but we can certainly prevent, slow down, and even halt some of the traditional instances of the aging process. Falling, muscle loss, and gait abnormalities lead to instability and an understandable lack of confidence. After assessing, we create a program that will develop strength in the weak areas and length in the tight areas, building your strength from the bottom up and from the inside out, letting you move more freely and confidently.
